Cassandra Zerebeski is a dynamic and high-performing strategic leader with senior level marketing, sales, strategic partnership and business development expertise. Cassandra has built exceptional teams globally, always exceeding the evolving needs of stakeholders with leadership roles at Tourism Whistler, Destination Canada, Pacific Destination Services, Whistler Blackcomb, and Accor Hotels in a tourism career that spans three decades. She also led Business Events Canada’s strategic approach in partnership with Global Affairs Canada highlighting the country’s strengths in economic sectors, emphasizing positive legacy and socio-cultural impacts. As Executive Director with BC’s fourth resort association, Destination Silver Star, she created a vibrant, innovative, community-focused organization.

A twenty-five year resident of British Columbia originally from Minnesota, often deemed the most Canadian part of the US, Cassandra aims to use her infectious enthusiasm to benefit the greater good. She looks forward to working on programs and polices in support of the tourism and wilderness adventure sectors in this dual position under TIABC.
